HR Giger Work Catalog
About the Work Catalog
The HR Giger Work Catalog, a so-called catalog raisonné, has been worked on for several years and is now nearing completion. The catalog will for the first time give a complete overview over HR Giger's work. It is created by Matthias Belz and Marco Witzig and is supported by HR Giger. The key features of the catalog are:
- Lists over 3000 items, each with a picture, on 320 pages
- Shows many originals never before published, including more than 100 airbrush paintings
- Works are listed chronologically, divided into work groups (paintings, studies and unfinished paintings, drawings and sketches, photographs, sculptures, theater and film design, furniture, jewelry)
- Contains a comprehensive listing of Giger's graphical work
- Also included are an illustrated exhibition register, a bibliography and overviews of posters and licensed products

Mr. Giger wishes to forewarn all his collectors and fans that most of the merchandise sold on eBay, claiming to have been made by H.R. Giger or to be reproductions of Giger artworks are fakes, forgeries and cheap imitations. Such eBay offerings are in violation of Mr. Giger's copyright. If you cannot find the exact same item featured on one of the authorized Giger websites, or listed in the Giger Database, or via a link from one of the Giger websites to a legitimate licensor, art dealer or gallery, you will not be buying an authentic product created by H.R. Giger.
